• Device Information: We may collect information such as your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system version, and battery level to ensure the App runs correctly.
• Usage Data: Information on how the App is accessed and used.

We use the collected data for various purposes, including:

• To provide and maintain the Staff Hour service.
• To verify staff attendance and identity via facial recognition.
• To verify work location through GPS.
• To notify you about changes to our App or provide customer support.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues.

We will retain your Personal Data, Facial Data, and Location Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. As Staff Hour is an enterprise application, data retention periods are also subject to the policies of your employer.

We respect your right to privacy and your right to have your data deleted. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data (including personal information, facial biometric data, and location history), please follow the data deletion process below:

• Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Staff Hour".
• Include your full name, employee ID, and a clear statement requesting the deletion of your data.

What Happens When You Request Deletion?

• Once your request is received, we will verify your identity.
• Because Staff Hour is an enterprise application used by employers for attendance, your deletion request may need to be coordinated with your employer/organization administrator to ensure compliance with company records.
• Upon approval, all your personal data, facial recognition data, and location history will be permanently erased from our active databases within 30 days.
• Please note that we may retain certain administrative data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes).

The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information and Facial Data, including encryption during transmission and secure storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App, provide services on our behalf, or perform App-related services. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
